Willy develops content involving issues management and crisis communications for Penn State by working closely with colleagues and leaders throughout the University.

A former reporter, Willy has held communication roles in corporate, non-profit, and government settings. Prior to joining Penn State, Willy served as the communications director for the Wisconsin State Public Defender’s Office, where he oversaw the agency’s media and public relations outreach.
