As Strategic Communications’ brand photographer, Michael focuses on visually unifying Penn State’s multi campus brand into a cohesive, consistent, and creative standard. This includes creating digital image assets that highlight, support, and reinforce Penn State’s commitment to its students, faculty, staff, and alumni.

Prior to joining Penn State, Michael spent nearly two decades shooting for premier companies and organizations in southwest Florida. In addition, he taught photography for four years at the collegiate level. He earned his bachelor of arts degree at Florida Gulf Coast University and his MFA at the Academy of Art University in San Francisco, California.
