Justin is one of the chief editors of Penn State News, the University’s official digital news platform. In this position, Justin serves as a primary editorial contact for content producers from across Penn State. In addition to editing and curating content for Penn State News and the University’s email communications, Justin produces news stories and feature packages for the website.

Prior to joining the Office of Strategic Communications, Justin was a writer, editor, and public relations professional for nine years at the National Rifle Association in Fairfax, Va., ultimately serving as digital managing editor of American Rifleman and American Hunter magazines. He is a graduate of Penn State’s Donald P. Bellisario College of Communications.
