Jim leads the team charged with creating an integrated set of strategies, practices, and tools related to the delivery, management, optimization, and expansion of Penn State’s brand on the web, including the digital experience platform that powers Penn State’s flagship website, Penn State News, and Penn State Today.

Before joining Penn State, Jim worked at the University of California as a web software developer and led the creation and implementation of a custom suite of enterprise CRM and business productivity tools. He was also a change management leader with a portfolio of organizational change and operational transformation. Over the course of his career, he has worked in web product development in healthcare, publishing, syndicated radio, mobile telephony, and higher education in Silicon Valley, New England, and Asia.

Jim is a graduate of Lafayette College in Easton, Pennsylvania.
