As a UI designer, Hayley champions a compelling, consistent user experience—from mobile-first design to a comprehensive design system. Her work is deeply integrated with University Marketing, enabling the shared goal of delivering an authentic and intuitive web presence that reflects the Penn State brand.

Prior to joining Strategic Communications, Hayley started her career at Penn State as a multimedia and communications specialist with the Nittany AI Alliance. She later moved to the College of Information Sciences and Technology where she served as a web designer and project manager. A graduate of Penn State’s Donald P. Bellisario College of Communications, she has a bachelor’s degree in journalism with a visual communication option.
