As manager of licensing and visual identity, Adriane provides licensing support in a variety of areas, including brand enforcement, film agreements, visual identity, and the Community Connect program for small businesses. In addition, she contributes to licensing collaborations on Penn State’s main social channels and manages the Nittany Lion’s social accounts.

Prior to her current role, Adriane was a member of Strategic Communications’ social media team and focused on content creation, data analysis, and platform monitoring. Before joining Penn State, she spent many years building her own business, not only designing and creating a product, but also developing an influencer base, building social channels, managing customer communications/relationships, and creating a website interface.
