Strategic Communications


With more than 42 years in managing the promotion of higher education institutions, Jeff brings his experience to the management team of the division. He is currently responsible for assisting the vice president in strategic planning, staff, resource, and facility planning, as well as the division IT services. He also serves as a contact for Penn State licensing and for permission to use Penn State trademarks.

Jeff has worked at Syracuse, Temple, and Rochester universities beginning at Penn State in 1987. He holds master’s and bachelor’s degrees in communication design.
